Application for Western Balkans Call for Partners

This application process consists of two parts, the organisational profile form below and an Expression of Interest form, available as a word document for you to fill in. Your application needs to be completed by 8th February 2026 following these steps: 

1. Before applying, please make sure to thoroughly read our Call Overview as well as specific documentation related to the support area you are interested in (OD or CS concept note). 
2. Please download the Expression of Interest form pertaining to the support area you have chosen and develop it with your team.
3. Once your application and supporting documents are ready, please fill in the organisational profile below, which requests basic information about your organisation. The form also asks for two contacts we may reach out to during shortlisting stage, as well as a few questions which should be answered by the leader/ship of your organisation.
4. After filling in the organisational profile form, upload your reflection form (maximum 6 pages, in word or pdf) in the dedicated space, together with a few obligatory documents. The documents to attach are listed in the Call overview.

If you have any questions please make sure to have read carefully all of our available call documentation and get in touch with us via email at vladica.jovanovic@peacenexus.org if you have an urgent question that is not covered by our documents of if you are experiencing technical difficulties.

As you prepare your application, you can save progress at any time and return later using a unique link sent to your email. Simply bookmark the link or keep the email safe – it cannot be recovered if lost. Your progress is also automatically saved every 30 seconds while you are on the form page. 

Once you submit your application, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt. There is no need to follow up with us from your side, we will only get in touch if we need clarification about your application or if you are shortlisted. We will let you know  within March whether your organisation has been shortlisted.
