How to apply

  • Download the Word application document and fill it out.
  • Fill the Google form with basic information about your organisation, and make sure to upload the application template at the end (Max 5 pages) alongside the supporting documents (Max 10 documents).

Important Technical Requirements

  • Google Account Required: You must sign in with a Google account to submit the application and upload files. If your organization doesn’t have one, create a free account at accounts.google.com.
  • File Uploads: The OC Application Form includes a section to upload supporting documents (e.g., mission statements, evaluations, case studies). Files are securely stored in Google Drive, accessible only to the PeaceNexus review team.
  • Save & Edit: Your progress is automatically saved as a draft when signed in. After submitting (even partially, with or without all documents), you’ll receive an email with a unique link to edit your application until the deadline, November 17, 2025, 11:59 PM CET.

Save Your Work

  • Autosave: When signed into a Google account, your progress is automatically saved as a draft every few seconds. Return to the form URL in the same browser and device to resume your draft.
  • Edit After Submission: After submitting (even partially), you’ll receive an email with a unique “Edit your response” link. Use this link to make changes until the deadline, November 17, 2025. Save this link securely, as it cannot be recovered if lost.
